Enseño swásthya yoga, una metodología que involucra las ocho escuelas de yoga preclásicas. Un sistema muy dinámico que progresivamente introduce capas de ejecución a través de técnicas de respiración, posiciones físicas, contracciones abdominales y otras formas de fortalecimiento del organismo además de relajación.
Mi enfoque es la implementación gradual de técnicas para aumentar la vitalidad.
Clases dirigidas a personas que quieran eliminar adicciones y hábitos que obstaculizan un desarrollo saludable. Personas que buscan un método para energizar y remodelar la rutina diaria aportando armonía a los aspectos físicos, emocionales y mentales de la vida.

I no longer know what my life would look like without the practice. It has served me well for over 15 years now. In addition to promoting health through exercises of strength and flexibility I find it has improved my lung capacity through conscious breathing exercices which help me perform better in other types of exercices I enjoy, like swimming or walking. My overall well-being improves through the discipline of regular practice, on the day of practice and long afterwards. The breathing exercices and the meditation techniques are a great help in the management of stress. During the lockdown I practiced twice a day and the mindset the practice creates helped me navigate that trying period and every other everyday annoyances. The best way I can describe it is the practice is infinite, there is no set goal only endless progress and potential. Roberto helps me work everyday towards improving my health, both physical and emotional.
